Drawing Positive Energy

It's Saturday morning and I am working on a lot of things this weekend but the most important thing that I have been working on lately is being more positive.

This week I have noticed that the more I have worked on my own positive thinking, the more I have drawn positive messages into my life and shied away from negative vibes.

What do I mean by that?

I have been focused on positive thoughts, positive energy, positive outcomes for me, my co-workers, my classmates, my family. As I have focused more and more on positivity, I have noticed that each time I am on facebook and I see a negative comment (about presidential candidates, police officers, etc) I scroll right past them without slowing down. I have noticed that I have seen more and more positive messages popping up in my feeds as well, from sources I have never seen before.

I am telling you this because, while I did not do this as an experiment, I am noticing it the same way that one would notice the results of an experiment. Lately, I have been hearing more and more about how you draw to you the things you think about and I have been thinking more positive and I am noticing I am draw more positivity into my periferal views.

As an experiment, try it...be mindful of how you speak (positively), how you think (positively), how you act and react (positively) what you read (postive articles, books, posts, etc). Be mindful of what starts happening around you...people notice you are being more positive and they work with you to be more positive as well, you speak and think and read positive and you start feeling and hearing more positive, and you start seeing more positive all around you.
