Changing Your Mind

Not about getting healthy.

Sometimes you need to change your mind about how you perceive life, love, fitness, exercise, your self image.

I have been practicing self-image love for years. If you have ever been at a point in your life when you felt like you were unlovable (or maybe that is exactly where you are today), that is when you need to learn to love yourself. Even some of the most beautiful people in the world feel unlovable and ugly sometimes.

There is a saying, "if momma's not happy, nobody's happy". The real saying should be, 'if I'm not happy, nobody can make me happy, except me'.

Life is beautiful and as part of it, you are also beautiful. Treat yourself with awesomeness. If you treat yourself poorly, why would anyone else treat you any differently?

Start by just practicing talking kindly to yourself each morning when you look in the mirror. Seriously, try it, see if you start looking at yourself differently. 

You are divine, go out and show the world!
