Do you sometimes feel like you have become stagnant in your health, movement, life, etc?
You are not alone. We all go through these periods in our lives. We know in our mind that we need to drink more water. eat healthier, exercise regularly, rest/relax, breathe, and all those other things that we know will make us feel better but sometimes we just don't do it. What is all this talk about self love? Why is it important?

I have been thinking about how we start journeys in our lives.
The first step is always to take inventory in our life to determine if the journey is one we want to start.

I have been super busy lately. Getting certified as a health coach. Hiring my own business coach and learning from her. Coaching my practice clients. Working my full time job. And all the other things that come with having a home and family.

It's Saturday morning and I am working on a lot of things this weekend but the most important thing that I have been working on lately is being more positive.

Most people make the mistake of striving for perfection.
There is really no such thing as perfection because perfection means that once you attain the goal you no longer work at it. Think about it, really, there is always something more you can do. A deeper committment, a higher calling.

This week I have been thinking about what we celebrate in life. We celebrate successes, achievements, life events etc.
If you are losing any weight at all. If you are exercising routinely. If you are eating healthier. If you are drinking more water.
If you are setting and reaching goals, then CELEBRATE your achievements. You do not have to go hog wild to celebrate.

Not about getting healthy.
